...or split the responsibilities. It gives me all of the responsibility with none of the control. Of course at the time I remember making noises like I was overwhelmed, so I have to take some of the blame.

It's not going bad, just hectic.
It has been an interesting experiment with doubling up. It's true, you're doing the part of it I never wanted. And yet I wouldn't say it's entirely without power. I found that the winners write the history books, and he who writes the history book is sometimes the winner.
